5th Analytics Showcase: Student Poster Session Sign-Up
Date: April 22, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM (Setup at 10:00, Poster Session at 12 pm, Awards Ceremony at 1 pm)
Location: Minifie Atrium (MCOY 434)
Poster Setup
Please plan to arrive by 10:15AM on April 22nd to set up your poster in your assigned space. Materials for setup will be provided. During the session, you’ll stand by your poster to explain your work and answer questions from attendees.
You can use your existing posters, or poster print outs prepared for other events such as STEM Conference, Undergraduate Research Conference. Many colleges and departments offer resources for student poster printing, please reach out to your department first for possible printing resources. If you need CADS to assist in printing your poster, please reach out via email directly and submit it by April 17th at noon.

Poster Guidelines:
- Must be a current TXST student (any level)
- Priority Deadline to Apply: April 3rd
- Final Deadline to Apply: April 15th
- Deadline for Optional submission of posters for printing: April 17th, noon
- Topics: Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Interdisciplinary Research
